This is a new hanging basket for me. I’ve had begonias before, but never like this.
When I first saw it, it appeared to look like a Fuchsia, which has similar hanging flowers. I believe these are Copacabana, but they could be Santa Cruz Sunset.
I’m amazed at how full this hanging basket is, and I’m hopeful that it won’t need deadheading to continue blooming. I’ve been doing it anyway just in case until I do more research.
These appear to be red from far away, but they actually have a hint of orange-red too up close.
Our kittens are doing so well. Their mom, Sully, is doing such a wonderful job with them.
She hugs them often and watches them closely.
The two orange kitties (boys) are Sihtric and Finan, named after characters from The Last Kingdom. The tortoise shell-like kittie (girl) is named Forsythe. I’m not sure where the kids got that name from.
Thanks for checking out Flower Friday! What do you have blooming this week? Have a wonderful weekend!
