Screaming Neon Red Rose
As I mentioned last week, we just planted a few new roses in a newly landscaped area in our backyard. This new area is now complete. We ended up planting this one along with the Oscar Peterson Rose, and they complement each other perfectly.
These roses are so unique with ruffly, wave-like flowers. The deep neon red color is heavenly and reminds me of a brilliant candy apple red—one of my favorites. The color puts me in a trance! I can’t take my eyes off of it. I love all the roses we have, but this one is now my favorite.
Like the Oscar Peterson Rose, these have a yellow center, and the neon red flowers complement the dark foliage beautifully.
There are tons of blooms already. These appear to be super easy to care for too. I didn’t even realize that these are a disease-resistant variety. Easy Elegance roses are the best. I’m not affiliated with this company in any way; I just can’t recommend their roses enough. The varieties are amazing. You can view them on their website.
Here’s a photo of the tag if you’d like to locate one for yourself.
Again, these aren’t cheap, but for something that comes back every year and blooms all summer into the fall, it’s worth the investment.
Thanks for checking out Flower Friday! What do you have blooming this week? Have a wonderful weekend!
