Mini B&N Book Haul #BookHaul #MiddleGrade #YA #Poetry #Books

Hey, friends! It’s Friday, and I couldn’t be happier. I had a good week, but it was quite stressful. I’m looking forward to resting and reading this weekend. How did your week go? Did you read any good books?

Today I thought I’d share a quick video of our book haul for this week. This was mainly a book haul for my kids, but I did manage to squeeze two books in for myself as well. I ordered from Barnes & Noble on Wednesday, and the box came on Thursday, which is faster than Amazon! With that said, this is only part of the order. I’ll do another post next week with the books that are still on the way. I’m trying to spend our book money with booksellers other than Amazon whenever possible. It’s also a guarantee that my books will ship in a box and not a bubble mailer.

Hope you enjoy ❤

Many believe that Shim Cheong, the most beautiful girl in the village—and the beloved of Mina’s older brother Joon—may be the legendary true bride. But on the night Cheong is to be sacrificed, Joon follows Cheong out to sea, even knowing that to interfere is a death sentence. To save her brother, Mina throws herself into the water in Cheong’s stead.
